Properties:The aqueous solution is weakly acidic, readily soluble in water (approximately 150g/L at 20°C), insoluble in ethanol, and enhances the water retention of meat products.

Application:

1.Food industry 

A.Baking Leavening Agent: Releases CO₂ with baking soda for dough expansion. Meat Moisture Retainer: Enhances water-holding capacity in ham/sausages. 

B.Seafood Anti-Caking Agent: Prevents shrimp/frozen seafood clumping. 

C.Canned Food Color Preservative: Inhibits browning in fruits/potatoes. 

D.Beverage Clarifying Agent: Removes metal ions for juice clarity.

2.Industrial Application 

A.Water Treatment: Scale/corrosion inhibitor (chelates Ca²⁺/Mg²⁺).

B.Oil Drilling Additives: Controls clay swelling in drilling fluids.

Packaging and Storage: 25kg PP PE bag or jumbo bag &store at cool, dry and well ventilated place.
