Properties: White or colorless powder, highly deliquescent and hygroscopic. Melting point 620–640°C, density approximately 2.54g/cm³. Highly soluble in water (solubility: 140 g/100ml at 26°C); 1% aqueous solution exhibits alkalinity (pH 9.2–10.1)

Application:

1. Food Industry: Functions as a humectant, chelating agent, texture modifier, and preservative.

2. Industrial Field: Detergents acts as a buffer and water softener in liquid detergents, enhancing cleaning efficiency.Water Treatment: prevents scale formation in boiler water treatment and chelates heavy metal ions. Metal Surface Treatment:Forms protective films on metal surfaces to inhibit corrosion (e.g., machinery, automotive components).

3. Agricultural Field, it can be used as high-efficiency fertilizer:

Supplies phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) nutrients to promote crop growth, flower bud differentiation, and stress resistance (drought/heat tolerance). Activates fixed soil elements (P, Ca, Fe) to improve nutrient utilization.Soil Amendment: Regulates soil pH, enhances granular structure formation, and improves water/fat retention capacity.

Packing and storage: In 20kg, 25kg PP PE bag, store at a cool, dry and well ventilated place.
