Molecular Formula: KH2PO3                                                                                     Molecular Weight: 120.09

CAS No.:13977-65-6                                                       EINECS No.:247-780-0

Properties:

Highly soluble in water, forming a weakly acidic solution. Stable at ambient temperature but decomposes above 200°C, releasing phosphine (PH₃). Phosphite ion (H₂PO₃⁻) exhibits strong reducibility. Low hygroscopicity, facilitating storage and transportation.

Application:

1.High-Efficiency Fertilizer Function: Supplies both phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) nutrients, promoting crop growth, flowering, and fruiting.Phosphorus exists as phosphite (H₃PO₃) which is readily absorbed and utilized by plants, exhibiting higher efficiency than traditional phosphate fertilizers.

2. Bactericidal and Disease-Resistant Effects: Directly suppresses fungal and bacterial pathogens (e.g., Phytophthora, downy mildew), reducing disease incidence.

3. Activates the plant immune system, inducing the production of phytoalexins and enhancing systemic acquired resistance (e.g., against late blight, canker).

4. Enhanced Stress Tolerance: Improves crop resilience to adverse stresses such as drought, high temperatures, and soil salinity. Stimulates root development and enhances nutrient uptake efficiency.

5. Safety and Environmental Compatibility: Low residue; eco-friendly; suitable for green agriculture and organic farming standards.

Conclusion: Potassium dihydrogen phosphite, with its triple-action properties (nutrition, bactericidal efficacy, and stress resistance), has become an essential input in modern green agriculture. It simultaneously delivers multifunctional value across industrial sectors.

Packing and Storage: 25kg PP PE bag&store at cool, dry and well ventilated place.
